August 20, 2008- Usually I think of anything Prophetic as being " a little kooky"(don't get me wrong, I'm very Pentecostal) but I think I've just had the wrong interpretation of the Prophetic.
Today as I was studying I found out that Prophetic means. "The declaration of divine will and purpose." Now there's nothing weird about that. As the matter of fact, it is what we all should desire as followers of Christ. In any area of ministry the most important thing we can do is be in touch with God's divine will and His purpose. I know this probably seems elementary to most but it was an absolute revelation for me that pressed reset on my theological outlook. Thank God we can stay pliable as He shapes and molds us.
